Marketers will find they can easily identify, order and track stock with a search facility using a number of methods (i.e. Surname, Item Number, Date, or Item Description etc). Log-ins can also allow different levels of access and functionality.

Stock Availability

Details all the stock available in the warehouse and automatically highlights out of stock items for the customer. The available stock list is updated with every transaction, guaranteeing accuracy.

Orders

Allows the placement of single or group orders. Confirmation orders are e-mailed to the originator. There is also the ability to code client cost centres and costs, thus assisting clients with their own billing process.

Dispatched Orders

Shows a breakdown of all the orders received and dispatched from the warehouse. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours but same day service is available for urgent jobs.
